God Beyond Time: Why the Eternal God Chose Ancient Men to Reveal His Eternal Truth (Part 2)

The God Who Never Learns

One of the most astonishing truths about God is that He never learns anything.

We learn because we are limited. We discover because we are ignorant of things until they are revealed. We invent because we are trying to solve problems. God does none of those things.

He does not discover.He does not experiment.He does not improve.

He is wisdom itself.

From eternity He has known every scientific breakthrough, every technological advancement, every invention, every civilization, and every moment that will ever exist. Nothing surprises Him because nothing exists outside of His knowledge.

When Jesus came into the world, however, He willingly humbled Himself. He laid aside the independent exercise of His divine privileges, took on flesh, and learned as a man. He grew in wisdom and stature. Yet the eternal God remained unchanged.

What an incredible thought: the One who already knew everything chose to reveal Himself through shepherds, prophets, fishermen, tax collectors, and ordinary men living in what we would now consider an ancient world.

The authority of Scripture is not based on the technological advancement of its writers.

Its authority comes from the One who inspired it.

God Sees Time All at Once

God is not trapped inside time.

He is present with Moses while simultaneously present with you.

He sees the beginning and the end at the same moment.

Because He stands outside time, He already knows the appointed seasons for your life.

He already knows:

• Your breakthrough.

• Your promotion.

• Your healing.

• Your opportunities.

• The people you will meet.

• The doors He will open.

Nothing catches Him off guard.

We often panic because we only see one page of the story.

God sees the entire book.

The God Who Opens Impossible Doors

Jesus once instructed Peter:

"Go to the sea...the first fish you catch will have money in its mouth."

Think about what had to happen.

Somehow a fish already possessed the exact amount needed.

It arrived at precisely the right location.

Peter caught the correct fish first.

That is not coincidence.

That is the God who rules over creation while standing outside time itself.

The same God can arrange your future.

He knows who you need to meet.

He knows where favor is waiting.

He knows which opportunity belongs to you.

No human being can stop what God has already prepared.

Faithfulness When Nobody Is Watching

One of the greatest tests of spiritual maturity is not what we do publicly.

It is what we do privately.

God watches when no one else is watching.

He sees our motives.

He sees our integrity.

He sees our obedience.

Scripture declares:

"Those who honor Me I will honor."

Promotion is never merely the result of talent.

Promotion comes from God.

When we remain faithful in hidden places, God prepares us for public responsibility.

He is able to lift someone from the lowest place and seat them among princes.

The Bible Must Come Before Everything Else

One practical application is wonderfully simple:

Read your Bible.

Before social media.

Before entertainment.

Before endless scrolling.

Before distractions.

The Word deserves first place.

Every believer should cultivate a daily hunger for Scripture.

Whether reading from a printed Bible or an app during lunch breaks, every opportunity becomes another chance to hear God's voice.

Many believers claim they do not have time for God's Word, yet their phone's screen-time report tells another story.

Our priorities reveal our hearts.

God Can Restore Anything

The same God who created the universe can restore:

• A broken body.

• A troubled mind.

• A wounded heart.

• A damaged life.

• A weary spirit.

The Gospels tell us that the demonized man was eventually found "clothed and in his right mind."

God still restores minds.

He still heals.

He still delivers.

Nothing is beyond His ability.

Why Doesn't God Simply Fix Everything?

Many people ask:

"If God is all-powerful, why doesn't He stop evil?"

Scripture gives a remarkable answer.

Jesus declared that all authority in heaven and earth had been given to Him.

Then He immediately commissioned His Church:

"Go therefore..."

Christ remains the Head.

The Church is His Body.

His work on earth is carried out through His people.

This means God has entrusted believers with enormous responsibility.

He has given the ministry of reconciliation to His Church.

The Gospel reaches people through willing believers.

Intercession happens through willing believers.

Evangelism happens through willing believers.

The Church is God's chosen instrument for reaching the world.

Our Responsibility Is Greater Than We Imagine

The Apostle Paul makes astonishing statements.

Believers will judge the world.

Believers will judge angels.

These truths reveal the incredible authority and responsibility given to those who belong to Christ.

Far too often the Church becomes consumed with temporary concerns while neglecting eternal assignments.

The greatest mission has never changed:

Bring people to Jesus Christ.

Every soul matters.

Every witness matters.

Every prayer matters.

Every act of obedience matters.

God has committed His message to us.

The Church Is the Fullness of Christ

Ephesians describes the Church as "the fullness of Him."

Christ is the Head.

The Church is His Body.

Just as a head accomplishes nothing without a functioning body, Christ has chosen to accomplish His earthly ministry through His redeemed people.

What an incredible privilege.

What an incredible responsibility.

Every believer has a purpose.

Every believer has an assignment.

Every believer has someone they are called to reach.

A Call Back to Spiritual Hunger

Perhaps the greatest prayer we can pray today is this:

"Lord, restore my appetite for Your Word."

Restore our love for Scripture.

Restore our passion for souls.

Restore our commitment to holiness.

Restore our burden for prayer.

Restore our desire to know You.

The eternal God has revealed Himself through His eternal Word.

He has invited us into His eternal plan.

Now it is our privilege—and our responsibility—to walk faithfully until He comes.

Final Thought

The God who stands outside of time has never lost control of your future.

He already knows the next chapter of your life.

Walk closely with Him.

Honor Him when no one is watching.

Fill your heart with His Word.

Commit yourself to His mission.

The God who sees the end from the beginning is more than able to guide every step you take.

Because the One who authored time is also faithfully writing your story.
