Welcome to another message from Trumpet Call Broadcast, where our desire is to share God's Word in a way that strengthens faith, reveals Christ, and equips believers to walk in victory. Every message is an opportunity for God to transform lives through His living Word.

One of the greatest ways you can participate in the work of the Gospel is by sharing biblical teaching with others. Whether through prayer, giving, or simply sharing a message with someone who needs encouragement, you become a partner in taking the light of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

As we begin this series, let us pray that the Holy Spirit would grant revelation knowledge and illuminate the truths found in God's Word.

Praise Before the Breakthrough

Faith does not wait until circumstances improve before praising God.

Many believers have discovered that worship offered before the answer arrives becomes an act of faith itself. There are moments when everything in the natural appears to demand fear, worry, or immediate action, yet the Holy Spirit leads us to stop and praise God instead.

This is not denial of reality. It is confidence that God is greater than reality as we presently perceive it.

Sometimes God gives wisdom.Sometimes He changes our perspective.Sometimes He intervenes supernaturally.

But in every case, praise positions our hearts to receive His direction and His power.

Faith That Alters Reality

The foundation of this series comes from Hebrews 11:

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen... Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God."

Most believers are familiar with Hebrews 11 as the "Hall of Faith." Yet it is remarkable how the chapter is structured.

The opening verses briefly define faith.

The remainder of the chapter records the lives of men and women who demonstrated it.

Abel.Enoch.Noah.Abraham.Sarah.Moses.David.

Their stories became Scripture because they believed God.

Faith was the means through which God's eternal purposes entered human history.

Without faith, there would be no testimony of Noah surviving the flood.

No record of Abraham leaving his homeland.

No Exodus.

No walls of Jericho falling.

No victories recorded for future generations to read.

Faith became the conduit through which the eternal God acted within time.

Your Story Should Be Longer Than Your Sermon

Hebrews 11 spends only a few verses defining faith but dozens of verses telling the stories of people who lived by it.

That should challenge every believer.

Our testimony should become the evidence that God's promises still work today.

Faith is not merely something we explain.

Faith is something we live.

The Invisible Foundation of Reality

Hebrews 11:3 reveals one of the most profound truths in all of Scripture:

"Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear."

Everything visible originated from something invisible.

The stars.

The oceans.

The mountains.

The earth.

Even our own bodies.

All of creation came forth because God spoke.

Before there was light...

There was God's Word.

Before there was creation...

There was God's declaration.

God did not examine an existing universe before speaking.

There was no universe to examine.

Reality itself came into existence because of His Word.

Words Are Not Empty

Human beings often treat words as temporary sounds.

God reveals something entirely different.

His words are substance.

They are the invisible building material of creation itself.

The visible world exists because of invisible words spoken by an invisible God.

His Word is primary.

Creation is secondary.

Reality does not possess authority over God's Word.

God's Word possesses authority over reality.

That changes everything about how believers should approach impossible situations.

Abraham: Choosing God's Word Over Visible Reality

God spoke to Abram and declared:

"I have made thee a father of many nations."

At that moment, nothing visible supported God's promise.

Abraham was elderly.

Sarah was barren.

Natural evidence contradicted everything God had spoken.

Yet Abraham faced a decision every believer eventually faces:

Will I believe what I see?

Or will I believe what God has said?

Abraham chose God's Word.

He even changed his own name to reflect God's promise.

Every introduction became a confession of faith.

Every day he declared something that appeared impossible.

Eventually, what God declared became visible reality.

Faith did not deny the facts.

Faith transformed them.

The Worlds Were Framed

The word translated "worlds" in Hebrews 11:3 carries a much broader meaning than physical creation alone.

It speaks of ages, seasons, times, and the unfolding events of history.

God did not merely create matter.

He created time itself.

Because He exists outside of time, He sees what we call the past, present, and future simultaneously.

Nothing surprises Him.

Nothing catches Him off guard.

And because He stands outside time, He is able to speak into history and redirect its course according to His purposes.

His Word can alter outcomes.

His promises can change destinies.

His truth can rewrite what appeared inevitable.

God Still Changes History

Throughout Scripture we find examples of God intervening in human history.

Abraham became the father of many nations despite every natural obstacle.

King Hezekiah received a prophetic announcement that death was near. Yet after seeking the Lord, God spoke again and added fifteen years to his life.

The God of Scripture is not limited by human timelines.

He is able to intervene with His Word.

Faith receives that Word.

Obedience acts upon it.

And history is changed.

A Personal Testimony of God's Intervention

Before coming to Christ, there was an overwhelming awareness that death was near.

It was more than fear.

It was an unmistakable conviction that life was headed toward destruction.

Eventually that fear became reality when a violent confrontation placed death only moments away.

In that desperate moment there was a vivid awareness of God's throne and an overwhelming cry for mercy.

Circumstances should have ended differently.

Everything pointed toward tragedy.

Yet somehow events changed.

Life was spared.

Looking back, it becomes evident that someone was praying.

God intervened.

The same God who redirected the lives of Abraham and Hezekiah demonstrated that He is still able to alter circumstances according to His mercy and His purpose.

God's Thoughts Came Before Reality

One of the most astonishing truths revealed in Scripture is that everything originated in God's mind before it appeared in creation.

Human imagination is limited.

Every image we form is built from experiences we've already had.

We rearrange what we've seen.

We combine what we've learned.

But God imagined a universe before one existed.

He conceived time before time began.

He envisioned humanity before humanity lived.

Long before creation, God's thoughts already included you.

This is why Jeremiah records God's words:

"I know the thoughts that I think toward you..."

His plans were never reactions to history.

History unfolded according to His eternal wisdom.

Before there was creation...

There was God's purpose.

Before there was time...

There was God's plan.

And before you were born...

God already knew you and had thoughts of peace, hope, and purpose prepared for your life.
